Shipping
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We check availability and place orders within 1 business day. The orders will be drop-shipped to you directly from the supplier. We do our best to keep up with inventory but it is an arduous task. In the event your choice isn't fulfillable, your card will not be charged and the order will be canceled with an email explaining what happened. As for shipping cost, our desire is to maintain free shipping but the reality is that most fabric comes on 54" rolls and thus accrues an 'over-sized' package fee with the carriers which makes the cost of shipping more than the profit margin for a 1 to 2 yard sale of fabric. Therefore we offer free shipping on orders over $120.
Returns
If you wish to return fabric, please email us explaining the issue with the fabric order and the reason for return. In the case of an error, every step of the order process will be checked for the error and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. In the event that there is no error and you simply want to return the fabric, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The supplier will charge a restocking fee. You will receive a refund for the remaining amount once the return is processed by the supplier.
Cut yardage
Cut yardage is generally non-returnable. Please review fabric details carefully before committing to yardage.
